Primary Responsibilities:
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families, including but not limited to:
* As a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) , conducting thorough physical exams and obtaining complete medical histories
* Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions
* Ordering and interpreting laboratory and diagnostic tests
* Nurse Practitioner Administering treatments, medications, suturing minor lacerations, and more
* Educating patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care
* Timely documentation (charts completed within 48 hours, lab results communicated within 24 hours if abnormal)
* Responding to medication refill requests within 72 hours
* Managing patient messages and inbox daily
* Seeing an average of 10–16 patients per day
Optional Opportunities:
* Aesthetic training, Peptides, Weight loss therapy, Biote hormone therapy and more
* Assist with procedures and contribute to the overall success of the practice
We’re looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about patient care, eager to grow professionally, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of outpatient primary care experience as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
* Proficiency in procedures: suturing, pap smears, skin biopsies, I&D, administering IV fluids, reading EKGs and Spirometry
* Active Colorado State Nurse Practitioner license
* National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
* Current prescriptive authority with no claims against your license as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
* BLS certification required (all licenses must be current)
Schedule & Work Environment:
* 3–4 days per week
* Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
